Uno's Pajama Party

Hi there, here I am again... well I just want to share this party that we had way back September of last year. I'm sorry I know this is late, that's the problem with me sometimes because of so much stuff going on in my head I always tend to forget something, just like this one :p

Okay, so this is the party that I hosted way back September 22, 2011 ( checkout the date on the photos :))

Here's some stuff that I made for my nephew's 2nd birthday.
An Elmo and Cookie Monster pajama party.

For the party favor, we had some hand sanitizers. We chose this favor since it's way cheaper than any other party favors but still the guests go nuts with it LOL! I still remember my sister's face when all the sanitizers were vanished on the dessert table in just a sec.

I made the label using my fave tool... Photoshop!
I download elmo and cookie monster clipart on the web.

A part of the goody bag are letter cookies covered in fondant, in an alternate red and blue color.
UNO is my nephew's nickname. I packed the cookies in a cellophane bag and sealed it.

Oh, here's the table centerpieces that I made using 1 mylar balloon and 8 pcs size 6 latex balloons.

The goody bags that I made using paper boards, cellophane bag and ribbons. We filled it with chocolate drinks, waffer, letter cookies, cereals etc... (sorry I forgot what other items are in there)

Here's my DIY Standee... Thanks SP Moms. I made this using foam board and all around glue. I didn't used   double sided tape since I find it a little expensive. I printed my layout in a 2x3 tarpaulin, then I cut the layout and pasted it on the foam board. It took me an hour to finished it.

Pre School Graduation Cake

Hi I've been absent here for quite sometime... But anyway here I am again sharing something for you :)

Last March (uhmm... sorry I forgot the exact date) was my bf's niece graduation. She also happen to be my god daughter, so I was thinking' on what perfect gift I could give her without spending that much.

Yhanelle ( that was her name) just graduated from pre-school, and since I'm into this baking stuff lately. I think a cake would be a perfect gift for her.

So here it is my Pre school graduation cake.

By the way it's a chocolate cake covered with marshmallow fondant. I made it in purple since that's her fave color :)

I don't have edible ink nor pen that they used in cakes, so what I did is to used a toothpick and dip it in a brown food color. The toothpick serves as my pen and the food color serves as my ink... so there. :)
